Billing & Credits Terms

These terms govern plans, credits, and payment on ClawsGO Science, and are part of the Terms of Service. Plan lineups and prices are as published on the pricing page.
1. Plans
Plans are monthly; you can buy 1 or 12 months at a time (annual billing is discounted). Plans do not auto-renew: nothing is charged at expiry — your account simply moves to the free tier, and you can renew or upgrade any time before then.
Upgrades take effect immediately and restart the cycle; the remaining period of the old plan is not prorated or refunded (this is shown clearly before you order).
2. Credits
Credits are the unit of account of the Services, at a rate of 3,000 credits per US dollar. Your membership fee converts into credits at the monthly grant published for your plan on the pricing page; sign-up grants, referral rewards, and top-ups share the same balance. Credits do not expire.
Credits are not legal tender, bear no interest, and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
3. Metering
AI usage is metered in credits by token usage, at the credit multiplier published for each model in the model picker, and deducted from your credits; which model ran each step and what it consumed is itemized. Sandbox compute and baseline storage are not billed separately and do not consume credits.
Credit multipliers and metering may change as published in the product; the terms in force at the time of consumption apply.
4. Model access
Which models you can run, and entitlements like parallel tasks, follow your current plan. After a downgrade or expiry, your remaining credits are still yours, but they can only be spent on the models your current plan allows.
5. Top-ups
Plans Pro and above can buy fixed-amount top-up packs; the amount paid is credited at 3,000 credits per dollar together with a bonus. Top-ups add credits only and do not change your plan or entitlements.
6. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits consumed by tasks that fail because of a fault on our side are returned.
If we discontinue the Services (other than for your breach), we will refund the unused portion pro rata; nothing is refunded on termination for breach.
7. Price changes
If prices change, we will give 30 days’ notice; changes do not affect periods you have already purchased.
8. Abuse
Credits obtained or used through fraud or arbitrage may be revoked, and the account handled under the Terms of Service.
