Information we collect

We collect the following information to provide the service:

• Account information: the Google account email and name you sign in with, plus any display name or avatar you add to your profile.
• Tasks and content: the task instructions you write, your conversation history, files you upload, and the files the assistant produces while working for you.
• Billing information: your subscription plan, credit usage, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Device and log data: technical information such as access logs, device type, and coarse region, recorded to keep the service secure and to debug issues.

How we use your information

• To run the service: executing your tasks, storing your conversations and result files, and showing content within your team according to its permissions.
• To fulfill your tasks: your task content is sent to the AI model providers and cloud sandbox infrastructure that power the service, solely to complete the work you asked for.
• To bill you: subscription charges, credit accounting, and receipts.
• To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
• To improve the product: analyzing usage in aggregate, de-identified form. We do not use your content to serve third-party ads.

Where your data lives

Data for ClawsGO (clawsgo.ai) is stored on servers in Hong Kong. The international site and the China site (clawsgo.cn) are two fully independent deployments with separate accounts and separate databases — your data is never transferred between them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the product:

• AI model providers, which process your task content to produce results.
• Cloud infrastructure and sandbox providers, which host the service and the environments where tasks run.
• Stripe, which processes subscription and credit pack payments.
• Google, which handles sign-in authentication.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Content you delete is removed from the product immediately and purged from our systems within a reasonable period. You can ask us to close your account at any time; we will then delete or anonymize your personal information, except where the law requires us to keep it (such as transaction records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EEA or UK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage most of your data directly in the product, or contact us using the details below — we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and attribute invite links. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The service is built for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account data isolation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if a security incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the product or on this site. The updated policy takes effect when posted.
