Terms of Service

The service

ClawsGO is a cloud AI task assistant: you describe a task in plain language, and an AI assistant working in a cloud environment carries it through and delivers result files. The service is billed through subscriptions and credits, and supports team-based collaboration.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for all activity under your ClawsGO account. Keep your credentials safe and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the service.

Subscriptions and credits

• Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allowance and plan features, and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Credits meter the compute your tasks consume; different task types consume different amounts. Credit packs are one-time top-ups.
• Promotional credits (from referrals, bonuses, or platform events) have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-redeemable, and may expire.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Your content

You own the tasks you write, the files you upload, and the result files the assistant produces for you. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — storing, displaying, and transmitting your content to the models and execution environments that process it. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law.

Teams: conversations and projects in a team are visible to all team members, while editing and deletion stay with the author. Before inviting someone to your team, make sure you are comfortable sharing that content with them.

About AI-generated output

AI output can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Result files are a starting point for your own work, not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything you rely on for important decisions.

Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

• Use it for unlawful activity, or to generate or distribute unlawful content.
• Abuse the cloud execution environment — including crypto mining, network attacks, spamming, or circumventing resource metering.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Reverse engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or evade rate limits and access controls.
• Resell or rent your account, or provide the service to third parties without authorization.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account, and pursue further remedies where the violation is serious.

Our intellectual property

The ClawsGO software, interface, brand, and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the right to use the service under these terms, no other rights are granted.

Changes and termination

We may change, upgrade, or retire parts of the service, and will give notice of material changes. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms; any paid balance is then handled under the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service; and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes in the product or on this site; continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
