Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for ClawsGO subscriptions and credit purchases. We keep the rules simple and predictable — eligible refunds are no-questions-asked.

Subscriptions

Credit packs

Credit packs are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used. Once you start consuming a pack, it is no longer refundable.

Promotional credits

Credits granted through referrals, bonuses, or platform events have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds.

Billing errors

If you spot a billing error — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount — contact us within 30 days of the charge. Confirmed errors on our side are refunded in full.

EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting to use your subscription or credits immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right no longer applies to what has already been consumed — the unused portion remains covered by the rules above, which in most cases are at least as generous.

How to request a refund

Email support@clawsgo.ai with your account email and the order in question. We process requests within 5 business days; refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; updates do not affect refund requests already submitted. Material changes will be announced in the product or on this site.
