Ambassador Program Agreement

1. Joining the Program

The Program is open to registered ClawsGO Science users. You apply through our support team; once approved, your enrollment date is shown in the product. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, without giving reasons.

You and we are independent parties. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture, and you may not make commitments or incur obligations on our behalf.

2. How referrals work

You promote with the invite codes and links generated in the product. A new user who signs up with your code or link is attributed to you. Each account can be attributed once; our system records are authoritative, and attribution cannot be changed after sign-up.

Users you referred before enrolling in the Program also count.

3. Commission

A qualifying order is an order paid by a referred user themselves, as the payer, within 3 months of their sign-up date, and received by us. Payments made after that 3-month window, and payments made before your enrollment date, do not qualify; nor do orders paid by someone other than the referred user (for example, another member of their team).

Commission is 20% of the net amount paid on each qualifying order, rounded down to the smallest currency unit per order and then summed. Net amount means the amount paid less any refunds; if an order is refunded, its commission is recalculated on the net amount.

Commission is denominated in US dollars and applies only to orders paid in US dollars. Credits granted for free, redeem codes, referral rewards, and other non-payment benefits do not generate commission.

4. Settlement and payout

Commission is settled by calendar month, with months determined in Beijing time (UTC+8). On the 15th of each month we settle commission for the previous calendar month; the current month is settled the following month.

Payouts are made by our team by bank transfer or another method we confirm with you. You must provide accurate payout details and keep them up to date; failed payments or losses caused by incorrect details are your responsibility.

The amount due equals settled commission less commission already paid. If an order whose commission has already been paid is refunded, the overpayment is offset against future commission; if there is none to offset, we may ask you to return it.

Your commission breakdown is available in the product. Raise any dispute within 30 days of settlement; after that, the amount is deemed accepted.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on the commission you receive and for reporting it as required by law. Where the law requires us to withhold tax, we will deduct it at payout and let you know, and we may ask you for the identity and tax information needed to do so.

6. Promotion rules

When promoting, you must comply with the law, the Terms of Service, and the Usage Policy, and you must not:

1. (a) post invite codes or links on coupon sites, discount-code aggregators, public forums, search results, or other public channels, or otherwise make them available to the general public;
2. (b) run search ads on, or register domain names or social media accounts using, our brand names, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms, or otherwise suggest that you are an official channel or representative of ours;
3. (c) make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about the Services, or promises we have not published;
4. (d) sign up or pay through your own or affiliated accounts to earn commission, or otherwise fabricate or improperly induce sign-ups and payments;
5. (e) share commission with referred users, promise them rebates, or use the Program for any form of multi-level marketing;
6. (f) promote through spam, harassment, or other objectionable means.

You may use brand assets we publish in your promotion, but you may not alter our marks or use them in a way that disparages us.

7. Violations

If we find or reasonably believe that you have breached this Agreement, we may, depending on severity, take one or more of the following steps: cancel the commission on the affected orders; suspend settlement pending review; recover commission already paid; revoke your ambassador status; and handle your account under the Terms of Service.

Commission arising from a breach is not payable; where it has already been paid, you must return it within 15 days of our notice.

8. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting support, and we may end your participation at any time by notice. Commission for complete months before termination is settled as usual, and the month of termination is settled on the next settlement date; if your participation is terminated for breach, unpaid commission is forfeited.

After termination, your invite codes continue to work for referral rewards but no longer earn commission.

We may change or discontinue the Program. If we discontinue it, we will give 30 days’ notice, and commission already earned will be settled as usual.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may change the commission rate, the qualifying window, settlement rules, or other terms of this Agreement. Changes will be posted on this page 30 days in advance and apply to payments made after they take effect; commission already determined is unaffected. Continuing in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.

10. Miscellaneous

Where this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service on Program matters, this Agreement prevails; the provisions of the Terms of Service on limitation of liability, notices, and dispute resolution apply to this Agreement.
